IGN have published an interview with members of the GTA IV development team. As you can probably guess the article focuses on GTA IV's technical problems, which many users are suffering from. To take a quote from the article;
IGN: Can you talk about what you're working on right now, like a patch?
Kevin Hoare: We've never stopped working on the game, we're working on it every day. We haven't had the typical break after it's gone gold. We're continually working on improvements, we're working on a patch right now.
Well it's good to know they aren't giving up! In the meantime you can check out the beta of the latest Nvidia drivers, which are due out on the 10th.
Rockstar have released two documents for GTA IV PC. The first covers how to get the most out of the game's graphics and how to counter poor graphical performance and the second explains the games error codes, like the one mentioned here.
You can download both the graphical settings and error codes documents from our downloads section.

The above image is an email that Rockstar sent winners of the "Keys to the City" competition (Getting to 100% completion of GTAIV). The competition is now closed, however if you are lucky enough to have completed the game within the alotted time period then you should be recieving a key, much alike the one in the image I would assume.
Note that the key could take up to 120 days to arrive depending on the demand and you must respond within 7 days or will be ineligible for the prize!
Rockstar have today openend the "Millionaires Club" which includes players who have earned more that $1,000,000 in GrandTheftAuto IV. Take note that this takes into account your overall earnings and not your current balance.
Once you have hit the big $1m you an compare yourself to others who also have a 7-figure balance.
Thanks to Chris from TheGTAPlace for the news.
